Hi my name is Utah, I am 17hh, 9 year old, Dutch Warmblood, bay gelding. I have been at Chapelton for 3 months now, I have been doing some schooling, hacking and jumping.

Sometimes I get used for riding lessons, but I am mainly ridden by the staff. I absolutely love hacking and I am not scared of the traffic at all! On my first day at Chapelton I made friends with another new horse called Wardance, he was a bit worried about being turned out in a big field with lots of other new horses, but I looked after him. Here is a picture of us in the field together!

Hey guys! Its Temo speaking, I am a 14 year old, Belgian Warmblood. I love show-jumping and I also enjoy going up to the fields for a hack. Emma bought me 2 years ago from Ron Brady and I originally come from Belgium. My favourite thing to do (apart from jumping) is going in the solarium. My best friend is called Tic Tac, he keeps me company when we are turned out in the field.

Hello everyone, it's Ellie here, my real name is Mellieha Bay, I am 8 years old and I am Bavarian Warmblood x Thoroughbred. I don't get ridden at the moment because I am going to have a foal in July. The foals dad is a KWPN stallion called Clarius, by Marius Claudius who was competed at world cup level by Robert Smith. Clarius is owned and bred by Fiona Horne and Bob Yeoman and ridden by Douglas Duffin. I shall speak to you all again soon. Ellie x

Ruby Tuesday

Hi its Ruby here, some of you won't have seen me in a long time so you might not recognise me!For those of you that don't know, I was born at Chapelton Equestrian Centre, my Mum is Cally and my Dad is Alby. I am going to be three this year, I am almost as big as my mum! I am too young to have a rider on my back so Lucy and Laura just take me in to get groomed and have my feet picked out. Sometimes I get taken into the school to see all the scary things like coloured poles and water jumps! I've started learning a new thing called lunging and I'm actually quite good at it! I will keep you updated on my progress. Ruby x x x

Sammy Junior

Hi folks! My name is Sammy Junior, many of you know me just as Sammy. I am a 14.2hh, 7 year old Appaloosa x Highland. As you can see from my picture I have some of the appaloosa spots on my face. I used to live in Dundee, Rory and Emma bought me from my breeder. Buddy and I joined the riding school at the same time. We travelled in the lorry together and became good friends. I hope you all watched me jumping with Isla at the show-jumping competition. We jumped a steady, clear round and won our class! See you all soon. Lots of love Sammy x x x

Dear children, sorry I have not been attending saddle club recently. I have been having a break from the riding school as I am getting very old. I may still join in with your stable management lessons, so you will still be able to groom me and plait my mane and tail.
