Last night we went to the Stars of the Future Sale at Addington Manor, it was an auction of 2,3 & 4 year old potential show-jumpers. The horses were selected in Britain, Belgium and the Netherlands. We had a ring side table, where we had dinner while watching the horses being loose jumped. It was fascinating to watch the technique of these amazingly talented youngsters. The winning bids ranged from £3000 to £20000, and the answer to the big question that everyone keeps asking us................no we didn't purchase anything!!!! It was a very entertaining evening and we hope to go back next year.
